Social Impact Stories

I believe in the power of photography to inspire change. Beyond our commercial work, I am deeply committed to social impact projects that make a tangible difference in communities around the world. My partnerships extend to India, Kenya, and Uganda, where I've created impactful content that showcases the stories of communities and non-profit teams implementing water and sanitation programs.

Adobe Foundation Grants: Water & Sanitation in Africa
I am honored to have received two grants from the Adobe Foundation to document critical water and sanitation health projects in Kenya and Uganda.

The Face of Water: A Traveling Exhibition
In partnership with fellow photographer Rudi Dundas and The Samburu Project, we developed a traveling exhibition called "The Face of Water." Proceeds from these shows have so far grossed over $80,000, providing approximately 50,000 people with access to clean drinking water.

Through these passion projects, Majors Creative aims to leverage the art of visual storytelling to create a lasting impact. I am not just capturing images; I am engaging change.

Waveriders and Waves

I have been riding waves since elementary school in the 1980’s. Part sport, part religion, riding waves is important to my life and I find almost as much joy documenting others, as I do actually riding waves. I hope you find some stoke in this gallery.

Dharma

For nearly a decade I have had the opportunity to photograph events, teachings, and holy objects connected to the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT). If you are interested in Tibetan Buddism or just want to see some beautiful scenes that lift the heart, I invite you to explore these galleries. Some photos even made covers for Mandala Magazine. See His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Yangsi Rinpoche, Geshe Thupten Jinpa, and more highly regarded teachers.
